Don't Worry About the Election Affecting the Housing Market. Here's why:

Finally with the Election over, regardless of the outcome, it is a positive look for the housing market.

Donny Orlando Homes mentions below the reasons why:

1) History does not lie:

The market drops between October and November. Inventory now is at an all-time low and we know the market is going to rebuild. Thinking of selling? Hire my experience, It Matters. Call Donny to schedule a time to chat about whether now is the right time to make a move.

2) Mortgage rates are historically low

Interest rates have remained low and there is no sign that will rise any time soon. We have had several clients get under 3% when buying and refinancing.

3) Buying is strong among millennials

Millennials will be taking up 84 percent of our market for purchasing. This is because they are getting married, having children, buying homes, which is keeping demand high with having such low inventory.

 4) Prices are on the rise

We are seeing in some areas a 4% to 8% year-over-year increase in value. Which is great for the housing market. Also, with low inventory and high buyer demand, prices are appreciating and forecasted to continue into 2021.
