Donny Orlando listened to what we needed and what we wanted, and after viewing many existing homes, he ultimately steered us to a fantastic new construction home that is everything we wanted and more. My wife was a little hesitant on doing a new construction, but after Donny showed us some of the model layouts, my wife fell in love with one of them and we now love our new forever home. He stepped us through the entire process, was there to answer questions during the entire process, and even advised us on the usual pitfalls and how to avoid them.
